What to Bring to a Notary Appointment:

Valid Photo ID (must be government-issued and current)

(Examples: Driver’s license, passport, state ID

ID must match the name on the document)

The Document(s) to be Notarized

Do not sign the document beforehand unless instructed

Make sure all pages are complete

Payment

(Cash, card, or other accepted methods)

ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS

Witnesses (if required)

(Some documents may require witnesses in addition to notarization)

Additional Documents (if needed)

Power of Attorney forms

Affidavits

Consent forms

Any supporting documents required by the notarization…..

Tips for Clients:

Do not sign the document until the notary instructs you.

Bring all copies if the document requires multiple notarized versions.
